I worked with Dr. Aaron Kerlin studying and imaging dendrites as they relate to motor movement and planning in mice. We used state of the art 2 photon imaging techniques in vivo to monitor long term changes in brain activity. Having joined right from the start of this lab, I had the opportunity to build a research lab from the ground up and participate fully in constructing functional machines and protocols for new experiments.
