Helped develop and maintain a $60 million loan portfolio and a $13 million deposit relationship for the bank. The scope of this responsibility included financial and project analysis, which included a review of the budget, and contracts for the purchase and sale of each respective property, including Cash Flow and Pro Forma spreadsheets and field inspections. This information was then summarized and presented to the banks loan committee for appropriate action. The same techniques were used for workouts of stressed properties.
