  In my time as a committee member, I worked on several different portfolio companies/campaigns including Nishi Gateway Housing Project, Acela Biotek, Gateway Realty Partners, and Flip the 14 Super PAC. My role in these enterprises was to ensure the quality of our campaigns and also to assist in the research and writing of Market Comparison reports for residential real estate properties in the greater NorCal region.Below are a few accomplishments by me and my team that are a testament to our talent and work ethic.• Assisted on Yes on Measure J - a successful campaign team that passed a student housing project in Davis. This project featured a first-of-its kind affordable housing program for students to alleviate the city’s 0.2% vacancy rate.• Outreached via 20,000 calls and recruited over 250 volunteers for 14 congressional districts in California as part of the volunteer recruitment program for Flip the 14- a grassroots political action initiative.• Executed 3 different types of research projects including landscape analysis and pathway to victory reports (which included opposition research, analysis of past election data and voter demographics) for 3 congressional districts.   Conducted a biodiversity study of the Arcade Creek in Sacramento, California. Collected data and analyzed the implications of environmental health in order to direct conservation and restoration efforts.
