I had the pleasure of working with Ben for 2 ½ years. This was his first foray into Merchandising and a huge career change for him, which he handled with warmth and professionalism. Ben brought with him a vast knowledge of retail, which along with his excellent attention to detail, enabled him to quickly progress up the Merchandising ladder. At DCK Concessions, Ben developed and honed his skills for analytics and forecasting, making him a highly regarded member of the team. On top of all this, Ben is a true ‘people person’ who easily builds fantastic rapports with colleagues, suppliers and customers. People trust his ideas, follow his proactive measures, and rely on him to manage tough situations.

Ben is a switched on, savvy and commercial Merchandising professional who understands how to drive and deliver commercial activities to achieve retail & multi-channel key performance indicators and imperatives. With an implicit understanding of brands and the demands of multi-channel retailing he is an all round and accomplished professional. I would highly recommend Ben.
