This research started in my sophomore year of high school and continued weekly until the winter of my senior year, the total number of hours is a very rough estimate. This project involved the development of an implantable sensor and all of the testing associated with it. It also involved heavy background research into anterior knee pain after total knee arthroplasty. I was introduced to data analysis with excel/Matlab and developing experiments. This project lead to many competitions at the high school level and being able to observe the final product tested in cadavers. Show less
