Principal Usability Engineer

Oct 2018 - Feb 2020
Redwood Shores I head up the UX Telemetry team within Oracle Design, where we study usage logs to understand how users interact with our products. Our work is based on techniques I pioneered over the last three years that allow us to isolate the right data in order to measure and classify user behavior. We also create different visualizations that allow us to see how users engage with Oracle's HCM, ERP, and CRM applications.

These often involve sticky notes, because, well, they're a user researcher's best friend. These days I'm focusing on the quantitative side of things, using R to analyze usage logs. Our team works across the applications pillars, so I've done work with CRM, HCM, ERP, and SCM.
