  I started working at Mitsubishi Cement March 9, 2002 as an utility assistant. After 5 months i got promoted to Production assistant 1 . I became Production assistant 2 around 3 years later followed by a promotion to Production Supervisor around my 5th year of employment. I took on the Mine Supervisor position in the 2017 year and am currently holding that position today. Familiar with the pyro process , plant process , FLS automation , control logix, ladder logic, ECS , HMI functions , PID loop funtions , performed lab work as well , sampled throughout the plant a variety of tests for QA, field troubleshooting skills , prioritizing job assignments and overseeing field work . Long story short 15years in Production and 5 years in the Quarry so learning everyday to become more knowledgable in a well rounded form. I believe in earning my fellow co-workers respect by listening and utilizing their input and ideas and holding everyone of us accountable as we all hold value to accomplish short term and long term goals. I believe that leaders coach and bosses punish and in order for our team to be strong we need trust , communication , honesty, and a belief that we can all count on each other or accountability. In my leadership role for 15years , seems to me that employees want to be valued want to be recognized and appreciated in the same token the tough conversations that need to be dealt with only strengthens your team as long as your approach is genuine and honest.
