Produce interview-based podcasts on nutrition, lifestyle medicine and performance with scientists, healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs. The aim is to promote the integration and collaboration of allied health professionals and health practices by profiling evidence-based nutrition and raising awareness of nutrition and lifestyle medicine to clinicians and the public. Led sports nutrition seminars and spoke at the Velodrome for 12 athletic teams for a charity race event, highlighting the importance of electrolytes, digestion and how to appropriately carbo-load to avoid GI distress. Lectured to the LivFit Patient Group at King’s College Hospital on nutrition and weight loss - explaining the science and providing simple, practical tips.

Divided time between research communications, fundraising and the research team. Wrote research project updates and web articles, led seminars on MS research and produced audio/visual content. Communications and Content Management: Wrote articles for three published magazines: Research Matters, Advances, Team Spirit.
