      • Relocated from Australia to lead the integration of the Rio Tinto Alcan Implementation Program PMO with the IS&T tool sets and methods across the North America region. This role and team developed into a regional support model that facilitated the same functions and services across other IS&T projects in the North American region.• The implementation of the PMO framework in this program involved the customized development of a 2010 MS Project Server and integrated SharePoint solution that supported the existing IS&T SAP Implementation methodology. The solution was interfaced with existing time management, scope management and SAP systems to provide a completely transparent and reportable toolset for both the PMO and customer representatives.
