Ben joined Havas at a critical time, initially coming into to help lead and drive one of our largest and most demanding accounts. Strategically and commercially sharp, Ben got straight into helping us address challenges and act on opportunities quicker. I was impressed with the speed at which he got to grips with everything, shaped a plan and mobilised the team. He was a natural leader. Ben also understands data and creative and so was invaluable in helping us elevate our standards, challenging briefs with the client as well as pushing for braver thinking internally. After a short but impressive stint on this piece of business, Ben was thrown a new and equally demanding challenge to help stablise another pillar piece of business. Once again, Ben threw himself at it, getting to grips with a new client, team, commercial model and way of working very quickly. My only regret is that my experience of working with Ben has been relatively short lived. A very capable and experienced leader whose positivity is great to be around. I wish Ben all the best for the future.

I joined Isobar on the cusp of the agency transitioning to a new, cross-network agency proposition for Kellogg's at Dentsu Aegis Network, which represented one agency rather than 3 (Isobar (Creative), Carat (Media) and iProspect (Performance)). As the Account Lead for Kids & Teen brands, I was responsible for embedding the new cross-agency proposition internally and amongst client teams, personifying their shared values and positivity. I directed campaigns across EMEA ensuring seamless coordination across media, creative, production, insights & analytics, devising annual strategic communications plans and delivering them through award-winning creative & media to help Kellogg's drive growth in key markets. Responsible for maximising the profitability of a significant portion of the Network retainer, reporting directly to the MD. We pushed limits: winning awards for our pioneering collaborations with influential Creators on YouTube, putting the ROI of traditional TV commercial production into question through the development of successful storytelling via short-form animation and getting buy-in from senior business leaders to develop a world-first (for Kellogg's) native tablet app for one of the UK's oldest cereal brands.
