I have had the pleasure to work with Ben over the last few years while we were both at RPM. During this time, I was always constantly impressed with the initiative, drive, and empathy he put into his daily work. Ben is someone who truly cares about the Customer. Someone who will do whatever it takes to hit that target or hit that requirement. He has phenomenal ability to take a step back and logically break down how he can most efficiently and effectively manage the relationship. Additionally, I have witnessed Ben managing numerous projects, all while trying to support the business and improve internal processes. Professionally and personally, Ben has my highest regards and someone I’d close to have on my team.

Mr Langmang is a natural communicator, he understands intrinsically the nuances in building relationships and enhancing partnerships. He bridges the gap between what might be two elements working towards the same goal that aren't communicating properly by using his reassuring, professional and personable manner to create a conduit of efficient and clear communication. He breaks down the complication around what each party is attempting to communicate and simplifies the channels so that the messages are clear and concise.

WHY EXO FREIGHT?“E” stands for Execution- freight has to move and failure is not an option. The “O” is about Optimizing through the use of technology to do business better with both our customers and carriers. The “X” is the Intersection of both the “no excuses, get It done” attitude and the technology that allows us to find efficiencies, create savings and deliver a world-class customer and carrier experience.

I was strategically identified and recruited by RPM, a 3rd party logistics broker, located in Metro-Detroit. I was tasked with identifying and attracting prospective strategic customers in line with our companies’ strengths and abilities. Due to travel restrictions and visa challenges, I lost my working rights and had to cease employment at RPM. However, I did leave in excellent standing with the company. During my time at RPM my value, skillset & flexibility allowed RPM to integrate me between the carrier & customer facing services. In a Brokerage space that has so many players in the game. What differentiated my abilities and services from others is that I have experience in all facets of Logistics. This proved invaluable when mentoring newer members, as I could articulate the whole story and conceptualize what “cradle to the grave” service meant. Key Highlights. Customer facing: • $1.15 million in business generated with an average return of 17% • Identified, targeted, and negotiated services for a client that is the largest dealer of transportation vehicles in its sphere. • Mentored Junior logistics & sales team members. • Performed leadership support tasks regularly. • Optimized and orchestrated ownership of communication and collaboration between various internal departments to ensure visibility and accountability for my clients. Carrier Facing: • Managed Carrier relationships across various transport modes. • Scrutinized daily load lists and executed any bottlenecks to reduce waste. • Reinforced and supported teams operating across the continuous 48. • DIFOT of above 96% Show less

Working closely with the principal director, my role was to leverage my SCM/L experience and cultivate day to day processes to maximize efficient use of time and resources in an inclusive team environment. This was achieved by:• Utilizing best-of-breed methodologies from the supply chain and logistics industry and articulating them to a financial environment, so all current and future project activities were monitored, measured, and managed effectively.• Develop, implement, and testing of new financial CRM systems with internal and external stakeholders whilst also coordinating all activities relating to procedure documentation.• Aligning of education and training goals for current and future business users responsible for championing and implementing these business systems.• Ensured the highest level of compliance in a heavily regulated industry by systemizing the structure around risk and controls that help mitigate risk to the business.
