  As CEO, it is my duty to facilitate the day to day operations, fiduciary concerns, reports and staff leadership that rest in my care to help sustain our organization. As CEO and being the representative in the public eye it is my duty to advocate on behalf of the organization to encourage collaborations, partnerships. It is my job to sort out financial assistance so B.A.C.A. could continue to sustain services, programming, events or activities. B.A.C.A. has charged me with implementing various strategies to address Civic Engagement and Social Services. My position also includes being the Chair of the RCO Committee which deals with land use, zoning variances and community design within the boundaries of the Belmont Community. Meetings are conducted on the 04th Thursday of the month at 4035 Parrish Street, Philadelphia PA.   It is my responsible as President to ensure that the Board of Directors and its members are aware of and fulfill their governance responsibilities. Comply with applicable laws and bylaws; conduct board business effectively and efficiently as well as being accountable for the members performance. As President I presides over meetings, ensure that an agenda is planned for board meetings and propose policies, practices and sit on various committees. My job also includes monitoring the performance of Directors and Officers and submit various reports to the board, funders, and to other "stakeholders", if applicable. I also propose the creation of committees, appoint chairs and co-chairs, and members to such committees for the betterment of the organization.
