Managed a particularly complex TUPE situation to a successful conclusion following successful OJEU contract win.• Restructured business to facilitate rapid growth of newly contracted work whilst also providing opportunities for existing staff to develop. • Secured a new contract through a competitive OJEU tendering process worth in excess of £15m.• Successful delivery of complex outsourced customer service contract on behalf of Legal Services Commission, generated increase in market share from 21% to 30% within 18 months.• Successful growth strategies allowed my area of the business to expand from 20 FTEs to over 170 FTEs within a period of 18 months. Growth eventually resulted in responsibility for over 500 FTEs split over multiple sites.• Achieved positive employee opinion survey ratings averaging over 70% for all managers throughout the business unit, with a 90% yield in response rates (the highest across the organisation).• Fulfilled the Divisional Lead for Business Continuity Planning and successfully managed several live Business Continuity events, whilst minimising the impact of contractual Service Credits.
