My main responsibilities included:· Developing and promoting the complete internal bid management process throughout all regional offices.· Managing allocated bids, including implementing bidding procedure, collating and checking content from both technical teams and support teams.· Leading and managing bid review meetings (‘Kick-off, Pink Review, Red Review’ etc) and response workshop sessions with technical teams.· Engaging with supply chain partners (if necessary) and overseeing progression of inputs.· Accurately assessing timescales and estimating the resources required through the use of a ‘bid plan.’· Designing and completing storyboards and bid strategies with relevant personnel.· Conducting client research to integrate intelligence and add value to the bid submission.· Writing technical and non-technical bid responses as required.· Contributing to the development of the Pick Everard bidding process, through development of process forms, presentations and workshops.· Ad Hoc editing of Strategic Development documents for the Business Development Manager.Key achievements included:• Successfully secured the West Front Perimeter project for the Houses of Parliament through a winning Design led submission.• Worked client side as a ‘Bid Advisor’ to the London Borough of Enfield on a winning GLA funded regeneration project.• Managed the company’s first winning project bid for Network Rail (Clapham Junction Overbridge project).• Managed the bid that secured the re-appointment to the NHS Estates and Technology Transformation Fund (ETTF) for the Southern region for our Project Management division. • Coached and mentored both colleagues in the London office and external consultants on bidding best practice.• Carried out duties as a Mental Health First Aider and First Aider for the London team.

My main responsibilities included:• Ensuring bid best practice processes are developed and in place across the whole company.• Creating bespoke pitch/capability documents and presentations, along with responding to ITTs and PQQs across all our regional offices.• Contributing to the strategy behind go/no go decisions.• Reporting on wins/losses/progress to Office Directors/sector service leads, being aware of and linking into BD plans, where appropriate. Reports to include a calculation of time spent on pitches in £ based on hourly rates.• Maintaining and developing standard documents for the tender toolkit.• Monitoring consistency and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines within all pitches and related documentation.• Monitoring sources of OJEUs, online portals and other sources of tender opportunities.• Ensuring receipt of pitch feedback and onward reporting.• Supporting the creation and maintenance of collateral such as project sheets, CVs. • Supporting other marketing communications projects/tasks where necessary.Key achievements included:• Devised and implemented a company-wide public sector bidding strategy and process with the Executive Director who is the Head of Public Sector and Placemaking work.• Managed the external consultancy team and assisted the architect with the submission of the winning College Green and Fairfield Halls, Croydon Masterplan (£100m+ development value).• Delivered a successful tender best practice ‘roadshow’ to all regional offices.• Conducted research about the size of the public sector market in terms of tender opportunities (on behalf of the Executive Directors).
