Responsible for handling & scheduling generator service calls for 6 Technicians to assure job completion, profitability & customer satisfction. Entered all service call information into the system to open the work order. Also entered all generator service contracts into the system that the sales team had completed. Worked with the Parts department to obtain the needed parts for emergency and scheduled work orders. Scan all completed, billed & invoiced work orders & Purchase Orders into the system for easy access. This is a web based company so I pull all booking forms, work with accounting for payments, sent confirmation letters to members, build spread sheets for accounting, build and send rooming list to the different hotels domestic and international. Organize group functions and escorted trips with the different groups, set up Meet & Greets along with cocktail receptions. I was an contract agent so I had an office in my home.
