It was such a pleasure working with Terry who was a favorite manager of mine at Fantasy Springs and someone who helped build up the F&B Department as we added restaurants to the property. She is respected by both her team and management and I hope I get a chance to work with her again.

      I started in the Bistro as an Asst. Mangager. Three weeks after opening the Manager was terminated and I took over the running of the restaurant. I did that for 2 years as an Asst. Manager and then was promoted to the actual title in 2006. I am responsible for all front of house operations.
