I started in the Bistro as an Asst. Mangager. Three weeks after opening the Manager was terminated and I took over the running of the restaurant. I did that for 2 years as an Asst. Manager and then was promoted to the actual title in 2006. I am responsible for all front of house operations. This includes all hiring, training, scheduling, inventories, costs etc. I am a hands on Manager and you will find me assisting my staff at all times. I started in the Bistro as an Asst. Mangager.
