Belaid has worked for me over the last 3 years on the Ain Tsila gas development in Algeria and in that time has shown a high level of commitment and motivation. He has successfully taken on responsibilities well beyond his experience level...from sector modelling, to nodal analysis and prosper modelling to supervising well test ops and interpreting the results in a tricky Ordovician glacial reservoir. He has also shown an ability to work in inter-disciplinary settings, liaisng effectively with the full range of sub-surface and drilling/ well services professionals. He is an effective communicator who makes clear presentations that clearly communicate the results of his work to both sepcialist RE and general subsurface audiences.
