In my role on the project, I coordinate and manage people's contributions. I handle tasks such as estimating the required time and effort to prevent disruptions. It is crucial for me to develop a thorough understanding of the products, users, and both the business and technical aspects of the project. I communicate with clients through weekly meetings to ensure that our work aligns with their expectations. Additionally, I am still learning how to create comprehensive design documentation.Within the design department, my responsibilities include identifying and addressing current issues, developing plans for solving them, and prioritizing which problems to tackle first. Additionally, I prepare deliverable documents for client presentations and pitching purposes.I also conduct research testing to support the design process. Design testing is also carried out to validate designs created by our designers. Prior to this, I conduct research to gather relevant visual information about the client's brand and user preferences. Once the interface design is completed, I proceed to create a design system. This system serves as a comprehensive guide for front-end developers and also functions as UI documentation.
