      Working with both children and adults, teaching natural horsemanship which encourages an understanding of equine behaviour and psychology rather then just teaching people how to ride. At Witney Pony Partners we focus on horse riding being enjoyable for both the horse and rider and teach valuable skills which assist people in their day to day lives as well as when working with horses. I help to put together lesson plans as well as delivering these on one to one basis as well as to groups. I also help to train the lower level members of staff. Planning the horses training and taking a large amount of responsibility in looking after and caring for them is also a large part of my job. As a senior member of staff I am trained in first aid, fire safety and safe guarding.
