  My role at ResponseCRM has evolved considerably over the years and I’ve held a variety of roles before becoming Co-Principal/Operations Director. I began as a chargeback rep for a predecessor company of ResponseCRM, where I developed productivity enhancements for dealing with chargebacks. Subsequent positions with ResponseCRM included Project Manager/Operations Management and VP of Operations. I became Co-Principal Operations Director in 2020. I’ve managed developers and QA for ResponseCRM and client sites. I lead development teams that create client eCommerce websites and perform QA for ReponseCRM software. I’m responsible for management teams that do software research, testing, and enhancements, as well as back-end and front-end development. I also lead activities for customer service and am the liaison for sales and billing.
