  The AIHRC (Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission) is a national human rights institution working in protection and promotion of human rights. Pursuant to Article 58 of the Afghanistan Constitution, AIHRC has a legal base to monitor human rights as well as to protect and improve the human rights situation.Main responsibilities in this position: Led the work teams of the AIHRC in Afghanistan to record and report complaints, investigate and document human rights violations cases, and to pursue cases to the General Prosecutor's Office and judicial institutions to try perpetrators of human rights violations.
