Behrouz and me were managing a multi million project where we replaced two legacy insurance core systems with www.novum-rgi.com standard system V’ger . Behrouz was managing it on the client side and I was managing on the software providers side. It was a joy working with him. He is very experienced in insurance products and processes as well as mapping these into software. He’s also experienced in managing software teams. We together successfully adapted Scrum and managed to orchestrate a 30+ person distributed team in two different time zones.
