It's not often that I've had the opportunity to meet an HR professional as committed to employee growth as they are to protecting the best interests of the company. Jennifer worked tirelessly to provide learning opportunities to the wider teams establishing a company culture where people are able to succeed in their current roles and plan for their future career trajectory. At the same time, she put in place the necessary infrastructure required to support our rapidly growing workforce often starting from the ground up. I was seriously amazed at the amount of work she was able to accomplish in a day and the overall impact she made at FOREO during her time at the company. In the context of our working relationship, Jennifer always made me feel seen, heard and supported both professionally and personally.
