For me, excellent HR people have to master two things, and Beena is one of the few that do. The first is the process side, a little dull and often overlooked, but critical if you want an efficient, legally compliant business and trust from your staff. The second is the softer side; getting the culture right, coaching and motivation. Beena has the reliability to ensure that HR processes run smoothly and a passion for improving the workplace. Put another way, she's one of the best HR people I've worked with.
