I worked with Becky for several years at Carlisle as she progressed through the HR Organization from Recruiter to HR Manager. Regardless of the position, Becky was always enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated to her work. She has a great personality and demeanor that enables her to successfully connect with all level of employees, from production assembler to President, which is invaluable in a HR Manager role. I would definitely recommend Becky for an HR Management position in any organization.
