Bio
Hannah Flowers-Smith
Becky is a passionate, strategic thinker who helped our school develop whole-school systems which moved our mental health provision forward across the school. Becky's experience as a senior leader in schools, as well as her extensive professional knowledge and expertise working within the mental health sector, meant that she was able to see our strengths and areas for development in a holistic way. She reliably and honestly provided us with 360 feedback and worked with individuals in different leadership positions across the school to support them in their roles and strategic planning for a whole-school approach to wellbeing and mental health. Becky also delivered several INSET training sessions ranging from ACEs, Trauma-Informed teaching, Mental Health and SEND, and leadership skills. Staff frequently commented on the skills Becky brought into her training but also the utmost professionalism, compassion and relatability of her presentations. I would highly recommend Becky's work and collaboration - it was transformative for us and for me as an inclusion leader in education too.

Having both managed Becky in the past and then more recently worked alongside her on our entrepreneurial journeys I am delighted to recommend Becky to anyone who is looking to work with schools on the mental health agenda. As a previous senior leader in schools, Becky brings a deep knowledge and understanding of how schools work and of the challenges they can face in supporting the emotional wellbeing of pupils. She brings great humanity to her work based on a deep empathy with the pupils and staff she is working with. She combines this with her ability to think strategically and systemically about issues and an ability to then deliver change and bring people with her. I was lucky to have the opportunity to work with Becky again over this year as we both explored the establishment of new enteprises in the mental health space- It reminded
