  I began my career here as a Fiscal and Projects Coordinator, and was promoted in 2015 to Program Manager. I lead a team of 20 to oversee international exchange programs. My efforts are focused on budgeting, logistics, compliance, and development for these programs, of which I have managed 40 overall. My noted accomplishments are: • Oversaw a program budget of $2.5M annually utilized across five to seven programs. • Served as Academic Director for a three-year entrepreneurship and management education program. • Designed and implemented community engagement plans for program participants. • Member of the Donahue Institute annual performance review design committee. • Organized domestic and international events, summits, training, workshops, and seminars. • Conducted the monitoring and evaluation for all federal grants. • Managed communications and newsletters with alumni and stakeholders. • Cultivated strategic partnerships to implement programs.
