For the past 7 years I have been doing web design and front-end development of WordPress themes along with straight HTML and CSS. I also do graphic design of email marketing campaigns, online advertising campaigns, flash and html5 animation and landing pages. For the previous 11 years that I've been with the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, I worked in the Promotions and Creative Services departments doing graphic design of advertising campaigns, brochures, flyers, banners, business cards, posters and design and pagination of our Three Rivers zoned edition for 5 years. I was Creative Services Director for 7 years at the Log Cabin Democrat. I managed 4 graphic artists, 1 assistant and 1 mark-up person. I created advertising ad campaigns, special section covers for our editorial department and checked off on pages as ads were placed in production.
