  Being the main point of contact for the other swimming coaches during the running of the swimming programme, I ensured other coaches were prepared for classes and adhering to safety protocols. Whilst Planning and delivering swimming lessons for all ages and abilities ranging from parent and baby, to adult classes. Abilities from beginners to Competitive level swimmers. I conducted the initial assessments for new members and regularly liaised with parents providing feedback on individual’s progress, as well as carrying out progression assessments throughout the term. My role also included Ensuring pool conditions were acceptable and within guidelines for lessons to take place.
