Becky and I worked together for over 8 years and during that time she was an invaluable leader in the Customer Success organization. Her team was one of the most successful in our organization. It's rare that you come across talent like Becky Foo. I had the pleasure of working with Becky during my time at Vision Critical as a VP, Customer Success. She quickly progressed through the Customer Success ladder at Vision Critical. Being a sponge for learning and dedicated to her clients and organization, Becky was able to fully grasp her role in the customer journey, becoming an expert in all stages from onboarding a client to their advocacy for the company.
