Director, Marketing & Research
-
Jan 2003 - May 2017
Becky began her career at Colliers Pinkard as an Administrative Assistant to the Downtown Brokerage Team. In 2005 she transitioned to Marketing Specialist, then Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing and finally Director of Marketing and Research. In a rapidly changing environment resulting from three major mergers in six years, Becky was consistently promoted, taking on increased responsibility and integrating new staff while coordinating the creation of new marketing materials that accurately represented the new brand. Working closely with brokers, Becky successfully focused on educating clients and prospects on who the firm was and how it could best serve them during this turbulent period in which the marketing budget remained flat. Becky enjoyed being part of a team and mentoring her staff, watching them grow and become highly valued members of the firm. She twice spoke at the firm's National Annual Marketing & Research Conference. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she served as President of the firm's Baltimore Employee Volunteer Committee for several years, identifying, organizing and participating in long and short-term volunteer opportunities that enabled the firm and staff to contribute to improving the communities in which they worked.
