Faculty Development Trainer

As a Faculty Development Trainer in Higher Education, Becki lead and coached faculty members to reach their highest potential. As an Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner, she worked with teams and individuals with a focus on helping people more deeply understand themselves and others to become more deliberate, effective, and efficient. In this role, Becki also acted as the project manager for semi-annuallly held large scale in-house educational conferences. Also a graduate of the Harvard Manager Mentor Program, Becki was a key developer and content creator for the Full Sail Leadership Academy.

As a Foster Counselor for the Department of Children and Families, Becki worked with families to ensure successful reunification or successful termination of parental rights after foster care placement. She planned and supervised parental and sibling visitations of foster placed children. Foster as well as biological home visitations were conducted monthly to ensure client safety. Becki generated all court documents, settled client disputes and testified in court proceedings relating to the children on her caseload. She also worked with representatives from local attractions and news stations to ensure adoptions mixers were publicized and organized properly.
