Oliva and I worked on leadership teams in high school and was a classmate of mine as well, from middle school through high school. She truly is a very strong leader, and is humble in everything she does and accomplishes. She is very goal oriented and a very hard worker, and does everything with a smile on her face. She is helpful and dedicated, and puts others before herself in whatever capacity it may be. She provides different outlooks and ways of doing things, and is a positive light in every way possible.

Olivia worked at the Undergraduate Admission office at California Lutheran University for two years - we wish we could have her for longer! She was such an amazing asset to our team. Every time she walked into the office, she had such a bright smile and greeted everyone in the office. She was a hard worker and helped out a lot with special projects around the office, including processing operational pieces, helping with spreadsheets, led tours in English and Spanish, and much more. Olivia was a team player, and was always willing to help out and fill in where she could. All members of our team loved working with her as we knew her to be reliable as well as extremely positive and open-minded. We would definitely re-hire her in a heartbeat!
