      Recruited to step into a freshly minted role, I met the challenge to operationalize an aggressive growth strategy in the U.S. and Canada. No easy feat in an environment where a hesitant workforce was still reeling from a company reorganization and leadership turnover, but I’ve never been one to accept “that’s just the way we do it” as the right answer.
