I commenced at Australis College to make everyone aware of who we are - a business development role. I spend a lot of time on the road meeting with new clients, developing relationships and maintaining these relationships. I am responsible for recruitment of students, enrollment of students, creating new channels for recruiting students, researching potential partners to add to our current business and delivering ideas to upper management as to how we can grow. I am responsible for deciding where my time is best spent and where I need to focus to grow. I love what I do and have a great strength in developing and maintaining great relationships with clients and staff. More recently I have taken on the role of partner management where I am responsible for the on-boarding process with new partners and maintaining this relationship to assist with the growth of their business as well as our own.
