      I complete annual Trust Accounts comprising of all the income and expenditure throughout the year. This can be made up of details from bank accounts, investment cash held on and offshore and the acquisition or disposal of shares. This enables the trustees to keep on top of the trusts performance throughout the year. I also then use this information to complete Tax Returns for both the clients trust monies and personal monies which can sometimes result in our client receiving a tax repayment from H M Revenue and Customs depending on the amount of annual income they received and how much tax is paid at source. I also complete tax returns for clients with smaller personal injury trusts that do not require Trust Accounts, individuals and self employed/ small business individuals.
