When Becca arrived at the Ugandan Water Project, we had doubled in size in just two years. Our systems, processes and operations had been designed for a much smaller organization, and were in need of some updates. Becca quickly assembled a project list, prioritized it, and methodically led the team down the list to set us up for future growth. The Ugandan Water Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring the availability of safe water across Uganda today, tomorrow, and forever. Selected achievements include: 1. Implemented systems and strategies for sustainable growth, including: *Implemented Kintone to track projects through their critical paths. *Implemented management reports in Kintone to track grants, partnerships, and strategic projects. *Implemented an expense reporting system (Ramp) that easily tracks purchases and receipts without the need for spreadsheets or forms. *Did a full revamp of reporting for AquaTrust, one of our cutting edge programs, to make it approximately 75% more efficient and 90% more effective. 2. Aligned organizational activities to mission & values by developing a strategic roadmap and later a 2023 strategic plan which helped us balance the three tiers of our mission to address critical needs today, long-term needs tomorrow, and systems change toward clean water forever.
