As the on site Sales Manager for CH&Co Venues at The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn, I managed the sales team and coordinated both internal and external events at the venue. I looked after clients, prepared quotes and hosted show rounds of the venue, as well as finalised all details for the event itself and being there on the day. I also looked after the marketing for the venue, maximising sales as much as possible. I sent initial quotes, organised and executed show rounds of the different venues and organised all relevant paperwork. I organised and ran corporate events for Madame Tussauds, Sea Life London Aquarium, London Dungeon, Shrek’s Adventure London, the Riverside Rooms and the London Eye. I generated sales by providing clients formal quotes in a professional and timely manner as well as booking in venue show rounds. I also managed events looking after clients from confirmation to event completion. My strong attention to detail and friendliness ensured I provided excellent customer service while also carefully planning the many different types of events on offer. These included children's birthday parties, VIP after-hours attraction tours, private London Eye capsules with hospitality, formal dinners and standing parties at the various attractions within the Merlin portfolio. I organised the first ever wedding at the aquarium, Valentine's Day Dinners, Yoga mornings,Jazz evenings, film and TV show filming, children's birthday parties, corporate meetings and small receptions as well as large cocktail receptions for up to 1,200 guests.
