I communicated with clients to understand their internal maintenance needs and worked with them to formulate a solution within their Infor EAM software. I then worked to implement solutions to usability and user interface problems within the software. I also offered technical support and troubleshooting assistance when client encountered errors within the system. Often I was required to coordinate between the software developers, our internal team, and the client to resolve certain errors within the system. Lastly, I utilized SQL and IBM Cognos Administration to develop reports and e-mail notifications for customers to more readily receive data within their system. During my time at Advoco, I gained a complex understanding of relational databases as well as developed my communication, time management and organizational skills.
