After three years of not having anything here, I should probably put SOMETHING. Director of Operations and Development. I make sure the trains run on time. Oh, and did I mention that the trains are an entirely gift-based operation? So, I raise the money to pay for the trains or they just don't exist. To summarize, in short, I raise money for the trains based on your generous gifts, events, grant-funding, etc. I oversee the purchase and day-to-day operation of the trains. If the trains break, I'm usually holding a screwdriver. I have the most amazing team of train conductors and other train people a train director could ever hope for! And, I try to eat a sensible lunch almost every day. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
