It is my pleasure to recommend Rebecca (Becca) Feiner. Becca and I worked together at Denver Comic Con from 2013-2016. I enjoyed my time working with Becca, she is intelligent, honest, compassionate, collaborative, creative, and incredibly hard-working. Becca’s knowledge of data and organization helped to ensure that the Information Booths were staffed and well trained during the convention, and that everyone got a break and had time to enjoy the con. Becca has been a great volunteer and friend. She always manages to foster a positive environment and bring the best out in others. Her calm nature puts others at ease in stressful circumstances, and she makes everyone feel valued and validated. Becca is an asset to whatever firm or volunteer organization she wishes to work with. Cordially, Jessy Pace

Becca is an extremely proficient asset to our organization. She successfully manages an exceedingly large volume of varied requests through the help desk by setting client expectations, always assisting with a cheerful attitude, and delegating tasks to the proper group for completion. In addition, Becca is a driven individual and is always looking for ways to make our organization more efficient and helpful to our customers by volunteering to learn new skills so that she can complete complex technical tasks normally delegated to a Tier 3 technical staff within minutes of receiving a request. Becca's leadership on our helpdesk is instrumental in limiting customer requests to almost all areas of our organization as she has the skills to resolve many of these issues herself. Becca is skilled at troubleshooting technical issues, and often identifies root cause of many issues allowing her to resolve many cases quickly, and to involve the correct group if any further assistance is needed while providing relevant troubleshooting information that has already been completed. Her troubleshooting and subsequent documentation skills save us countless hours and often times allow us to resolve issues without the need to contact the customer for further information. The efficiency and time savings that Becca brings to all areas of our organization are irreplaceable.
