As a manager, it is my job to motivate staff, ensure complaints are dealt with correctly, making sure company standards are met along with law requirements. I am largely involved in delivering conferences to property managers over the country, assisting the regional director in rolling out training and information to all staff. Targets are consistently met whilst remaining competent in the ever changing industry.
