Moved this underperforming branch into new premises, recruited an entirely new staff team and increased GP by 110% in 12 months from £127K pa to £268K. (Resulted in nomination for the company’s prestigious award of Branch of the Year 2005).• Increased profits in Leeds for second year by a further 30%. Under my direction as Area Manager this branch is now one of the most profitable within the group, making over £350K PA.• Was awarded Middlesbrough care in Jan 2006 (at that stage a loss making branch) Recruited a whole new team and Branch manager.
