Bec truly is a person dedicated to her role, the industry, and to sourcing high quality people for her clients, taking the time to get to know the inner workings of organisations and individuals. She keeps her finger on the pulse of the healthcare industry to keep acutely aware of the wider, external, factors that may affect organisations, which gives clients added value when working with her. Not only is she a highly motivated, skilled and driven individual, she is also kind, compassionate and lots of fun! You get a great quality service when working with her, and feel like you’ve had a chat with a good friend at the same time!
Lesley Lightfoot (CIPD)
Becky and her colleagues were very professional when I required support for a Care Home Manager position. Becky clearly knows the care sector well and I felt she understood our requirements. She came across as very professional and also built a good relationship quickly with myself and other stakeholders in the recruitment campaign. A successful appointment was made and was completed in a short timescale. Thanks Becky
