As Video Review Manager for SentriForce I correspond with clients to take in their request for a forensic video investigation. After asking questions to gather the necessary information I generate a request ticket. From there I assign a Video Reviewer to investigate the incident by reviewing the footage. The Video Reviewer then downloads the relevant clips. I edit the clips into 1 coherent and concise video to be sent to the client as a final product.

Working as a sales consultant means staying up to date with the latest technology and being able to understand it on a deep and complex level but be able to explain its practical use to the average consumer. This job entails learning, teaching demonstrating and troubleshooting all types of electronics to people of varying knowledge levels. With Best Buy I have consistently exceeded my sales goals and was in the top 4 of my department for Q4 for the fiscal year of 2017.
