For me this was very pleasant and easy, as Beatriz is a true professional who has a lot of knowledge of the Colombian market. She knows who is who in the Colombian market which for Vescom, being a Dutch company is very important. It is imperative to have true professionals who are able to grow the brand in the local market, and she definitely qualifies.
