Fast-track Graduate Program aimed at training the company’s future leadership - 10 trainees selected out of 8252 applicants.• Developed a machine learning driven platform to predict student dropout. The project was used to prioritize counselling in 87 schools - dropout rate decreased 42% from 2016 to 2017, estimated savings amounted to BRL 3.6 million in 2017• Designed and implemented an online system for 350 teachers to report students’ behavior in class that resulted in automatic personal reports to parents - initiative replicated to more than 2000 teachers in the company through the development of an app and intensive training and feedback. Increased teacher engagement rate from 8% to 72% in 2017• Pioneered a project with the IT team to create technological solutions for partner schools to improve their financial and pedagogical management. Observed schools’ employees’ routines for 6 months, identified efficiency and efficacy gaps and designed the prototype - the project resulted in a software that was offered to partner schools Show less
