As part of the process, I also trained new members of the Sales team, and organized a manual for good practices in Sales and Support.I raised a reselling model oriented to MSP, which included:- Investigating our MSP users and prospects by interviews and past case records. I ran some interviews and searched for useful material to identify MSP's pain and needs, and kickstarted a design for a specialized MSP Prey Panel. - Co-wireframed an MSP landing site with our web designer, and wrote the copy for it.- I elaborated a Narrative Case Study of one of our MSP users, from the outline and leasing agreement to the final writing. The only thing I didn't do here was the final design.- Recorded a live Prey Demo, and also made the Demo Tours that you can see below. Show less
