To reach the increased demand due to covid-19, I was employed full-time to work night shifts, picking items for online customers off the shop floor, ensuring perfect quality for the mostly vulnerable and high risk customers. This gave me a comprehensive understanding of how retail works and the extensive planning and negotiation that goes into the store's planogram. I was also able to notice the limitations in eCommerce and Dot.com and how human error and stock issues can affect both the consumer as well as the integrity of branded products.

During my time with Mr. Green I shadowed his work, attending a range of high profile style meetings and events, learning the relevant etiquette to follow in such situations. I worked as part of MP Green's team, researching the effects of Manchester's increased devolved powers. I attended meetings, designed appropriate and professional presentations summarising research findings and presented these back to the team. Children's Party Host

My role was to both organise and host children’s themed parties from the prep beforehand (music, party bags, decor, host costume) to hosting the event dressed as and embodying the customer’s chosen Disney/Marvel character. I consistently identified issues, analysed scenarios and provided solutions to the many challenges that arise when working with children and learnt how to thrive in a fast-paced environment with energy and enthusiasm.
