I joined Shinesmith as part of the companies Graduate Recruitment Programme, where my background in behavioural science places me in a good position to add value to the work of Shinesmith Academy, as well as my events background adding value to Shinesmith as a whole. My knowledge and attributes extend further to the tech and digital side of the business, where my coding languages and advanced statistics modelling allows me to support Shinesmith in anticipating industry trends. I am also involved in the marketing portfolio, specifically contributing towards the Digital Marketing Strategy, Copywriting (short form & long article form) and Marketing Graphic Design.

This role has focused on delivering experiential marketing activations across the UK, leading small and large teams alike. I have worked with a large range of brands and product types, from food and drink (e.g. Coca-Cola, Pepsi), Technology (e.g. Samsung, Samsung VR, Huawei, Sky), Gaming (e.g. Nintendo, Xbox) to health and beauty (e.g. L'Oreal). I have also lead front of house teams for professional events and conferences, working with organisations such as Deloitte, Bloomberg, Shell, Major League Baseball and Pernod Ricard.
