I was initially taken on by Keyhome to specialise in letting properties to Polish clients. As I was one of the first Polish Letting Agents in Glasgow, I would like to think of myself as a pioneer of what is now a thriving market. I was involved at every stage of the letting process from advertising to checking the tenant out at the end of the tenancy. This includes carrying out viewings, signing lease agreements and ensuring that tenant arrears are managed efficiently. I also have an excellent understanding of the benefits system, which means that I am able to ensure that the company and client get the best possible deal.The excellent organisational skills I have displayed in my role with Keyhome have also led me to co-ordinating many of the more general tasks within the office, such as dealing with trades, helping with the accountancy work and liaising with the utility companies and Council tax department. I have particular talent in refurbishing properties and has transformed over a considerable number of properties maximising the monthly profits.
